Challenge: Optimize lowermybills.com to increase conversion rate and profitability for the company’s financial vertical.
Opportunity: Continually analyze the entire vertical for revenue opportunities (CTR, CR, lead value increases) accounting for market changes, competitors, vendor relationships, and industry compliance shifts.
Product Strategy: Leveraging digital marketing strategies, frequent iteration updates (resulting from product ideation and research) were engineered to the site, internal engines, and processes after thorough A/B and user testing. Once proven statistically significant, or efficient, changes were shipped into production. New verticals (solar, credit cards, debt consolidation were tested for product market fit, designed, engineered, and launched into production with testing approved iterations.
Results: LMB became the company’s most profitable vertical, drastically increasing revenue through product strategy, eventually leading to an acquisition by Quicken
